Frequently asked questions
What is LogîsKey?
LogîsKey is a digital guidebook for holiday rentals, B&Bs and property managers. Guests open the guide with an NFC card, a QR code or a link and see the wifi, check-in, house rules, emergency numbers and tips for the city.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The guide opens in their phone’s browser.
Which phones support NFC?
iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards and most Android phones with NFC. For other phones there is a QR code on the card.
Which languages can the guide be in?
English, Dutch, French or German. You choose the language per property.
Can guests connect to the wifi automatically?
A web page can’t connect a phone to wifi by itself. Guests copy the password with one tap, and LogîsKey creates a wifi QR code you can print. Try our wifi QR tool.
Can I put door codes in the guide?
No, we advise against it. Anyone with the link can open a guide, including past guests. Send access codes separately by message.
What happens to my guests’ data?
Guests don’t need to enter anything to read the guide. We only count anonymously how often a guide and an activity are opened, without IP address, cookie or device data. See also our privacy policy.
Can several people manage the account?
Yes. You invite colleagues as owner or manager. See team and multiple properties.
Can I reuse a card?
Yes. You unlink a card and give it to another property. The chip only holds a short link.
What does it cost?
€6.99 per property per month, €69.90 per year or a one-off €149 (lifetime), excluding VAT. The NFC card is included. See pricing.
Where is the data stored?
On servers of our hosting partner. The processors are listed in the data processing agreement.
