You pay per property: €6.99 per month, €69.90 per year (2 months free) or a one-off €149 for lifetime. Prices exclude VAT. Creating an account and building your guide costs nothing; the guide goes online as soon as the property is paid for.

There is no free trial. You can look around first: create an account, add your property and view your guide in the preview. Guests only see the guide once the property is paid for.
What is included
- One NFC card per property, with a QR code
- All tiles, activities in your city and your own branding
- A fixed link and QR code per property
- Invite colleagues as managers
- Guides in English, Dutch, French or German
- An invoice for every payment, with your VAT number
Lifetime
With lifetime you pay once per property and the guide for that property stays online for as long as LogîsKey exists. Lifetime belongs to one property and cannot be moved to another property. We only offer it for the first 100 properties; after that you can choose monthly or yearly.
Paying and cancelling
You pay online through Stripe by card, Bancontact or another method shown there. You can add a property to a running subscription at any time: you then pay the part up to your next billing date straight away. You cancel yourself in your account. The guide stays online until the end of the paid period and then goes offline. 30 days later we delete the properties in that subscription.
How we set our prices
We rent out holiday homes ourselves and want a price that makes sense for someone renting one studio and for someone managing a hundred properties. That is why you pay per property, not per feature.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
No. Creating an account and building your guide is free, but the guide only goes online for guests once the property is paid for.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Belgian customers pay 21% VAT on top. If you enter a valid VAT number from another EU country, the reverse charge applies.
Is the NFC card included?
Yes. You get one NFC card with a QR code per paid property. You can request extra cards from us.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, in your account under Subscription, via “Billing and invoices”.
What happens if I stop?
The guide stays online until the end of the paid period and then goes offline. 30 days later we delete the properties in the subscription. Lifetime properties stay online.
