You create your guide in your browser, link an NFC card to your property and place it in your rental. A guest holds their phone against the card or scans the QR code, and the guide opens straight away in the browser. If you change something later, the next guest sees it immediately; the card stays the same.

Create your guide
Add your property and fill in the wifi, check-in and check-out, and the house rules. If your property is in a city from our catalogue, the activities are ready to go and you tick what your guests see.

Place the card
Each property gets a card with an NFC chip and a QR code. The chip only holds a short link. Put it on the table, by the door or next to the coffee machine.

Guests tap and read
Guests hold their phone against the card or scan the code. The guide opens in the browser, with no app and no account, in the language you choose for the property.
What your guests see
A clean page with the name and photo of your rental and tiles below it: wifi, check-in and check-out, house rules and emergency numbers, good to know, activities, food and drink, contact. You decide which tiles appear, in what order and with what text. See the example guidebook.
What you manage yourself
- Turn tiles on or off, reorder them and write your own text, or add a tile of your own
- Your colour, logo and photo, so the guide feels like your place
- The language of the guide per property: English, Dutch, French or German
- Link cards, unlink them and move them to another property
- Invite colleagues as managers if you have several properties
What doesn’t belong in the guide
A guidebook can be opened by anyone with the link, including past guests. So don’t put door codes, key safe codes or guest details in it. Send access instructions by message on the day of arrival. Read more under check-in.
Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The guide opens in their phone’s browser, via the NFC card or the QR code.
Does it work on every phone?
The QR code works on any phone with a camera. NFC works on iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards and on most Android phones with NFC turned on.
How quickly is my guide online?
As soon as you have added your property and filled in the tiles. For a first property, allow fifteen to thirty minutes, depending on how much text you write.
